Watermark for Kids recipient Ruby Rublesky recently hosted a concert for Rockland Place residents. Ruby was awarded a grant to cover her course costs at The Music School of Delaware. She is a talented musician and it is so wonderful to see her giving back to the residents with her sweet harmony.
